Our cuerpo,

our greatest tesoro.

Yet in ignorancia,

we throw it into vicious llamas,

an infierno raging,

making it caliente, ácido,

our cuerpo desperately

crying for ayuda.

We ignore —

the diablo has hijacked

our mente.

We blame the sol

for enfermedad,

while poisoning our comida

and layering our piel

with química.
