Blue blind on my window,

Blue checks on my sheet,

Blue stripes on my pyjamas,

Blue socks on my feet.

Blue soap in the shower,

Blue on the cold tap,

Blue handle of my toothbrush,

Blue towel on the towel rack.

Blue jeans warm out the dryer,

Blue jumper neatly ironed,

Blue hat warm and comfy,

Blue coat cotton lined.

Blue bag upon my shoulder,

Blue bracelet on my wrist,

Blue door open to exit,

Blue-grey fog and mist.

Blue open sky above me,

Blue moisture all around,

Blue-green leaves and needles,

Blue puddles on the ground.

Blue people trudging by me,

Blue cars driving past,

Blue, my thoughts and feelings,

This blue day is set to last.
