    What a beautiful poem and beautiful picture to match of the blue bird. There must be millions of birds around the world with a wide variety of plumages, heights and sizes.

    I love the phrase “indigo bunting”. I’m not sure what it is about that phrase, but I love the sound of it. Very well written.
