Quarter Swede here. My wife serves two churches, one quite whelmingly of Swedish background. We learned how to make potatis korv, one of my favorite treats growing up around the holidays. (That, lefse, & pickled herring. Lutefisk-eh! Take it or leave it. Good foil for dipping in drawn butter.)
