Betrayed

Poem

By Ocean MyrandaPublished 5 years ago 1 min read

What makes you think that is okay

To treat me like a toy

Something you only use to play

But nothing that has any purpose, boy

You only want what you want

The way you want it

That way you have to ability to flaunt

You're in for a surprise, you best remit

You may have been given power over me

But that moment you lied

You best believe, you're in a new league

Best behave boy, don't you dare hide

You think you're so big and bad

Ha! You can't even look me in the eye

Sit down, listen to me, you know you've been had

You're nothing but a little fly

I won't tolerate the drama you bring

You should have apologized from the start

Now you have nothing

This is why you don't play with a broken heart

heartbreak
