Being kind to Critters

Is important to feel peace and bliss

By Seema PatelPublished 7 months ago 1 min read

There are people,

who burst firecrackers

and litter the streets,

with collapsed balloons

in the name of,

celebrating an occasion.

I am not one of them.

I don’t approve,

of that careless action.

My support is for people,

like the one above—

who wear muted dress,

to camouflage,

to not startle the wildlife.

Who sit behind a hedge

and shoot,

with a long lens,

enjoying the migratory birds.

That’s how life should be—

notice the creatures

without scaring,

without hurting.

If you do the opposite—

if your actions,

disturb nature and it's critters,

you are not going to find peace.

Being kind,

is the only way to bliss.
