“It’s not who you are
that holds you back,
it’s who you think
you’re not.”
As humans,
we are riddled with self-doubt
and this hinders
our ability to reach our full potential.
We very often think
about who others think we should be
and not who ‘we want to be’
or even ‘who we really are’.
This just holds us back,
especially in our minds.
Believing in ourselves
and
in our own abilities
will propel us forwards
and
away from such doubts.
There is power
in believing in ourselves
and
it shows that we have
control over our lives.
Creating a positive mindset
will give us an optimistic attitude
which will help us to
accept ‘who we are’.
Being willing to learn
and to adapt
will encourage us
to be the best version of ourselves
possibly can be.
