
“FEAR has two meanings —
Forget everything and run
OR
Face everything and rise.
The choice is yours.”
We would have so much more self-respect
if we faced our fears and overcame them.
It is a very real choice,
to face ‘fear’ full on
or to run away from it.
The only way
we can become stronger,
both mentally and emotionally,
is by facing our fears ‘head on’.
When we do this,
we often realize
that there was nothing to be afraid of
in the first place.
‘Examining fear’
can teach us skills and show us,
as individuals,
how strong we have become
and what we are capable of.
Understanding this fear
is crucial
for our personal development.
We need to remember
that there are professionals
who are more than willing
to help us overcome our fears.
We need to learn
to trust these kind people.
