Wake up slow
Darling
There’s no hurry
The world can wait
I know that we both have
So much we want to do
But let’s just stay
For a moment
And count the stars
That are fading
You can tell me
Everything that you were dreaming
Then I’ll make my coffee
And I’ll fix your juice
And we will cuddle up
Like we
Always do
You’ll hug my neck
And I’ll hold you close
And I’ll wish that
You never have to grow old
We’ll make banana pancakes
And pretend like we’re monkeys
Cause being serious
Is for old fuddy duddies
You keep me young
I hope you always do
I hope you always know how much
Mommy loves you
