Author’s note: I meant to write a haiku about how depression can take the color out of life, but it turned out more like a 3 line story about the onset of winter and seasonal affect disorder.
Haha, oh well. I’m done trying to edit it, other stuff I want to work on.

I love how sometimes our writing has a mind of it's own and writes itself. Loved your Haiku!
The gray feeling of emotion is captured perfectly here. Loss, ending and disparity drain the color of joy leaving us with thoughts of lacking and loneliness
Autumn makes me depressed all the time, but it has a lot of beautiful colors :)
