I see the light;

the one true, pure

shining light.

Cascading down

on humanity

Telling us that if we

don’t stop

this madness,

these endless wars,

the arguments,

the division,

the spiritual divorce,

then we are done for,

cooked, doomed

Nobody believes me

but I know the truth

Just as much as the sky

I know that I

was sent here

for a purpose, a reason

not just for one season

but many, to fill the world

with passion and love and peace

to bring light to those in need

but it’s hard to make an impact

stuck behind these four walls

inside my mental prison

where my spirit aches and calls out

to anyone that will listen

to free me from this prison

to give me life, to let me see

the truth, the light, this Earth’s reality

You see, cause what I want to be

What I choose to be,

is much more than me,

than this physical body,

than the world we live in

than the things we do

my heart is light

and my love is pure and true

I’ve always had this heart

it’s always been abused

I seek the transformation

of healing my past

so once again, at last

I can take my place

among the stars,

reaching for the divine light

this time, this time is ours

to dream, to love, to fight

the good fight and fight

for what’s right

and prove to others

that we, we were meant to be

connected, eternally.

Ascending in peace, to

reach the heavenly.

The place where we can finally be

appreciated, and be ourselves,

to find our beautiful throne among the angels.
