I guess I better tell you about

this letter I wrote but never sent

It kind of went like this;

Dear mister or miss, whomever you are,

my name is your next door neighbor

and I must implore you to please

tell your children to stop bumping around

at all hours thumping around

making loud noises and hitting the walls

causing my apartment to shake

and my mind to ache and my patience

to break; I’m not trying to be rude

but your kids are so loud that

it shakes the room, and they never stop

I’m just trying to tell you to tell your

children to shut the heck up.
