As I Sold Art in $1
Customer asks to raise cost, and I thought of healthcare cost

I posted the art above,
people showed interest to buy.
I kept a nominal price,
just a dollar.
A customer asked,
“Don’t you think
it should easily be
five or ten dollars?”
Imagine, customer
advising seller to raise cost!
Yes, it needs skill to paint,
time and color to purchase.
But I struggle to rate it high,
my conscience doesn’t allow,
I don’t take advantage.
Do medical field think so?
No. One molar tooth work
twelve hundred dollars.
I am still shocked,
is it a developed country?
Shouldn't they raise awareness,
and prevent sickness?
Is human health
a commodity to profit from?
Nobody asked for unnecessary tests,
and then hefty bills.
Don’t exploit the weak,
be kind as you should be,
don't bring shame to noble profession.
Note:
Here you can buy the art ($2)

Some great points and thanks for sharing, will share this on my profile too
The medical industry is a business that loves to exploit the weak and poor. They give medicine that will bring about another disease and make more money from that. It's so terrible! Loved your art!
I've shared this. Hoping some of my FB followers see it and maybe purchase a copy. It is such a lovely piece. I just got a dental quote yesterday. $1100 that my insurance won't pay to get the rest of my teeth fixed. It's a shame.
I think a lot of creators must feel this conflict. Your artwork is beautiful :-)
Your art is worthy of a great price ⭐️🏆⭐️
But like can I buy a print of this?
I would make them pay through the nose for my art.
