An abashed artist's angelic alliance
Aching among amber Asters,
Aureate allure, all abloom and afire,
An artist agonizes at aimless alabaster.
Adrift amid absent affirmation,
Abashment and anxiety abounding,
An artist awaits angelic afflation.
Aspirations abandoned, almost,
As an artist airs an ardent appeal,
At an Aster altar, an apparition approached.
Ancient and airy, alighting alongside,
An artist asks and an angel abides.
All apprehension abruptly allayed,
An artist’s affliction absolved away.
An artist awakens,
Awareness aroused,
Artistic ambition audaciously abounds.
Avidly animated,
An alchemist activated.
Auric acrylic adeptly applied,
An abstraction awesomely actualized.
At an angel's alliance, all angst abated,
An artist’s aptitude authenticated.
Ability acknowledged anew as astute,
Afflation and artistry are always absolute.

So you decided to become an "Advanced Practice" nurse. Congratulations!... is what I would say if this was a good idea. Grad school? In this economy? What were you thinking? Likely it was something along the lines of either 1) “I've seen these other chucklefucks do it— Why can't I?” or even 2) “I've got a nice career, I should shake it up. I miss feeling like I have no clue what I'm doing.”
