Art Will Fix Your Mental Health Issues
It works wonderfully for me

Mental health issues are scary—
and they're rising in magnitude.
People are desperate for relief,
but available helps,
are not necessarily right.
We don’t only need a cure,
we need prevention as well.
I often say we need,
to reduce inflammation
by minimizing irritants,
from our lifestyle,
so acid will not be hostile,
remember brain chemistry is fragile,
pH-sensitive proteins are labile.
Anyway, we can find
some respite in arts.
That’s true.
I’ve been dabbling in creativity
since childhood,
and through ups and downs,
of life situation changes,
I’ve held myself together,
not falling apart.
Credit goes to the arts.

So, in good will,
I recommend you, my friends,
to try this creative therapy,
for it's inexpensive and effective,
no side effects to endure, too.
Gather your tools,
papers, brush, and colors
let you journey,
of self-expression begin.
Before you know,
you will feel better,
with mindfulness and confidence,
mind's demons,
will be lesser nuisance.

That's why therapists recommend that you write in a journal or draw.
