There are no truly happy people in this world, only people who are open-minded. Everything in the world is trying to heal you, but you are the only one who refuses to let go. You drive yourself into depression and make yourself sick with anger; afterward, nothing can be changed except for your own misery. All things in the world, except life and death, are not worth mentioning.

So, there's no need to look back, and no need to criticize your past self. If you made the wrong choice, you made the wrong choice. Don't keep thinking about what would have happened if you had made the "right" choice. It's impossible for every choice in life to be correct. Even if you could do it again, with the experience and mindset you had at that time, you would likely still make the same choice, and the result would still be unavoidable.

A person's life is a process. There are no flowers that bloom forever, and no youth that lasts forever. When the time comes, those who should grow old will grow old, and those who should go will go. After all, we are just passers-by of time. Since we are just passers-by, why should we be obsessed with it?

People should have the ability to turn the page. If you refuse to give in, you are like a prisoner. You can't trap others, but you can certainly trap yourself. Turning the page isn't about forgiving anyone else; it's about letting yourself go.
