Some days are chaotic as we run around nonstop
It's easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle
It's important that every now and then we take a moment
And just enjoy existing, appreciate the world around us
Smell the grass and the flowers as they grow in the spring
Feeling the cool breeze against our face
Cozying up by a warm fire on a cold winter's day
Or roasting a marshmallow in the fall
Every day is a gift, a surprise waiting to be discovered
Whether listening to the rain fall against a window
Or seeing a beautiful sunset at the end of the day
