I’m so glad that I was assigned to you.
When you were small, I witnessed how you quickly grew.
If only you knew all the countless times that I saved you from disasters,
the Lord helped me get to you just a flash-of-a-bit-faster.
The day you got baptized in the ocean water, I rested my hand on your dripping wet shoulder.
Today, I see you embrace strength in the way you express yourself, you’re getting bolder!
