An Ode to Cat Toes

One of my favorite things about cats is their toes, it’s true!

Each soft paw pad is like a gift from heaven, for you.

Tiptoeing across carpet, wood, and tile,

The warmth from every bean brings a huge smile.

Paired with purrs, paws, and plush fur,

Beans on peets make my heart stir.

Pink, black, and everything in between,

Each little toe is worth the time to preen.

Cats and their claws may sometimes be scary,

But of toes and beans you needn't be wary.
