Here is a small, strange, and telling thing:

I have always loved the airport.

My heart for the liminal,

and moments ungrounded -

this is at the root

of our distance.

Spurning roots,

I chose

So lovely. I read this like watching water on a path. A piece doesn't need flowery language when you have the right story to tell. This message is a subtle ache and you delivered it beautifully. Congratulations on your win!
