Creeping, deadened, weight,

Icy poison swallows me

Only my eyes move

    I like this. Everything fits together so perfectly— the title, the choice of art, and of course the words you chose for the haiku. The last line is my favorite “only my eyes move” not dead, but at the mercy of the poisoner.
