A sinister thought

Naivete and indifference

it is a hurry burning of youth

a reckless run packed in women and alcohol

with open arms and bare chest

gathering in a single embrace

everything my life has to offer

I stop like a train at a deserted train station

I sound the alarm

let everyone come down

and who else can escape

a sinister thought

is worrying me

the absurd is getting close to me

each second

is bringing it closer

an apparition

scaring my sight

wants to try

its powers on me

I instinctively

move back from the fireplace

so that I do not see the fire that

has lit my imagination

surreal poetry
