A little allegory with a lot of alliteration about the Alpha, Almighty
After analyzing and assessing the act I'm amazed
Bruised, beaten, betrayed but by blood we are bought
Cry over the currency of the creator we call Christ
Courageous in chaos, courageous on the cross
Disciple disrespected now the devil is in the details
Detained and dishonored but delivered unto death
We owe a debt
Example of excellence, epitome of Eden
Equally existing with man
I'm sure it wasn’t easy to forewarn friends who claim to be faithful followers but fed you to the fire
Doesn’t seem fair in the flesh
The gift of Grace given with gladness goes unnoticed
I grieve with God the Father as good leaves the earth
Holes in hands longing to be healed in this hour
His name sits on high while hypocrites honor heaven
In ignorance and in vain, its impossible to imagine inner thoughts of an immortal
Although Jesus was judged just the same as Judas
Jump for joy knowing the judge and the jury are just
King who kindled a fire to light the land with love...law
Lord who labeled the least
Lessons left many moved by your miracles
Magnificent majesty, maker of man, maker of all things made
But in this moment, night brings no good news like nooses around necks
Like new normal..
Original oppression omitted but traced back origins opened eyes
And no was a proposal but you’re prayers prioritized the purpose
Peculiar people persecuted but patiently waiting for your power to become present
Prophets paved a path for you
Quick question, wasn't the quest to quarantine His saints?
Quiet request not to resent the one who raised you
Reminds me there’s a rainbow after the rain
Reminds me the reward is He is risen
Repent so sins can be forgiven
Sow seeds in season so that your Savior may smile
Salt of the earth, the son was sacrificed for our salvation
With tears, taken, tried, torn but He remained true
On a tree, treated unfairly
Unbelievers uniting under unjust laws
Voices violently validating their vexed spirits
But who is the victim?
This vessel was not sent in vain though vulnerable
Victory is in his name, value in His Word
A well of water for the wise
That no wolf nor weapon can X out
Yearning to yield to your yoke
With zeal and zest until we rest in Zion
