Osteo-Arthritis Please Find A cure

I dread the nights

arthritis pain from 2018

life hasn’t been the same

can’t sleep

pain from toes to knee

I pray every night

please God, save me

The clock don’t care

it ticks right through

each hour sharp

each breath askew

I shift, I sigh

but there’s no peace

no warmth, no end

no sweet release

The sheets feel like a weight of stones

the silence hums inside my bones

no cure, no balm, just worn-out cries

and promises beneath closed eyes

I dread the nights

and still they fall

no warning sound

no mercy call

I live between the hurt and hope

too tired to fight, too numb to cope

I pray every night

please God, save me

from this prison

draped in skin

where pain begins

and sleep can’t ever win

Praying 4 you Marie! Cryotherapy (a freeze chamber) may help. It took the arthritis pain out of my knees.

  • Informative, nice work 👏🏻
