a warm place

Sit down or lay down. Doesnt really matter. Comfort is the key. Now think of a warm place. Not a happy place. Or a safe place. happiness can change. Saftey can be taken away. No think of a warm place. warm and comfortable. I think of standing in front of the Kerosene heater as a child on a cold winters day. Wating on breakfast to be ready. The rest of the house is cold. But i am feeling good in that bubble of warmth. Think of this place. You're place. Go there. Be there. Feel the warmth. Hold on to that place. when you are ready open your mind.Not clear it. Open it. Let your mind wander. Let the thoughts flow through you. All of them. now try to feel the world around you. Feel the ground under you. Feel the air between your fingers and on your face. Hear all the sounds around you. Do not block them out. Let them all in. See everything. Feel everything. Hear everything. Taste everything if you want. Let it all in. Let it souround you. Let it fill you up. Let it wash over you. When you have gone deep enough. When you feel you have become part of everything, you will find truth here. Whatever question you want to ask do so. All of the knowlage is there. You just have to feel it. To be able to hear it. You will find your answer if you are open enough.
