my summer memory

Orange, red ruby rising horizon

Fire glints, my heart prodded feeling deep

Emotion set forth and I arise in

New love at 5 am, shortage of sleep

The sky rains down on me and I look to

My person squatting with her film in hand

Everything in light and love is you

I watch as you photograph from inland

All of my senses. Senses stimulate

Gorgeous earth tantalize and eyes are wide

The magic I absorb, I activate

breathe life into and know she’s on my side

Sunrise glows and illuminates this sphere

My heart spins, the rain stops, and all is clear
