In an attic's quiet, I stumbled upon,
A box of letters, hidden, long gone.
Each page a whisper, a voice from the past,
A stranger's life, in ink, steadfast.
Through words of longing, joy, and despair,
A life unfolded, with secrets laid bare.
A heart that loved deeply, yet knew loss well,
In the silence of paper, emotions swell.
Dreams of a future, hopes so bright,
Diminished by fate, yet they fought the night.
In each letter, a soul's gentle plea,
To be remembered, in eternity.
