Author’s note: I truly believe that with all the trillions and gazillions of galaxies out there, we cannot be the only life available. We are probably just neglected and unnoticed. But even then, maybe they are just watching us as an experiment without interfering.

Art is My Meditation
art is a meditation you feel cleaned and anchored well with eyes open wide. Meditation has earned recognition as a mindfulness tool. It does not work for me. But I find spiritual cleansing and deep focusing with my creativity. Art is my meditation.
