We can't always get what we want. --Michelle Liew

Magnificent mansion, a grand abode,
Carpeted corridors, spaces clear,
Its gothic halls, with charm of old
I signed the lease without a fear.

That night, a murmur crossed my ears
A spectre loomed, gray and fat,
"You're on the dot for dinner, dear!"
Too late -I signed to dine with that!

Haha oh no! Always gotta read carefully I guess 😂
Wonderfully done, Michelle. Wonder if they read the fine print? lol
Bicely done
Dining with ghosts, Michelle - how intriguing. In gothic halls with charm of old, I liked that. Nicely Done!!!
Aha! Inspired by ghosts, Michelle? I loved this in light of my recent foray into spooky happenings! Excellent!
If the corridors are really clean and the spaces clear, you can serve me a mere beer with your ghouls anytime! Sounds amazing!
