A Fall In Summer

Try Not To Trip

By ThyLittleBirdyPublished 5 years ago 1 min read

“The coldest winter I ever spent was a summer in San Francisco”- Mark Twain

It’s fall in summer

It’s fall in summer

I took a fall in summer

Tripped over the city snow

In “The City” the city of no Know

It’s Fall in summer

It’s Fall in summer

I took a Fall in summer

Tripped over “The City” snow

Soaked to the Soul

In “The City” that city of no Know

It’s Fall in Summer

It’s Fall in Summer

I took a Fall in Summer

Tripped over “The City” snow

In “The City” the city of no Know, perhaps

Mark Twain was Right?

To have a Cold Winters Know

Visit San Francisco

For Summer you shall Never know

It’s Fall in Summer

It’s Fall in Summer

I took a Fall in Summer

Tripped over “The City” oh no!

In “The City” that city of no Know

“When the lights go Down in The City, may the Son Shine on The Bay”

nature poetry
