A Christmas Wish 18 weeks away
126 day’s and The Stars will twinkle angels will rejoice

A Christmas Wish
Eighteen weeks until the bells will ring
one hundred and twenty six days to sing
the glow of Christmas softly near
a time of joy I hold so dear
I count the hours as candles shine
the waiting sweet, the moment mine
this year I rest, my spirit light
peace in my heart, my thanks tonight
No shadow lingers, no weight to bear
only the promise of love to share
Christmas is coming, bright and true
a gift of grace, I whisper to you
Dry the tears for those we’ve lost
and pray they are at peace
where there is anger and wars
Lord make the fighting ease

The poem is lovely, Marie, and Christmas is a time I tend to hide away, far from people, far from too much noise. So I usually find a pet sit which helps someone who enjoys going somewhere for Christmas and I enjoy staying with a lovely pet instead. Anyway, I can't believe it's already so close!
I cant believe it is only that time until Christmas. Christmas has never been a happy time for me.
Good job on this Christmas wish. (Guess what I have completed over half my Christmas shopping and even got a few wrapped.)
