A choice of new territory.

The western plain was desolate, the dry landscape without remorse,

Would surely steer the faint hearted, to alter their entire course,

Many a times I dare not face it, as surely as my eyes could see,

Yet many a times I yearned to endure it, to wonder what it could be?

What would it be if I endured the storm, if I ventured onward hoe?

If I could survive and claim victory, how could I possibly grow?

Would surviving in the wilderness be beyond insane?

Or could it actually sharpen me if I endure the unyielding pain?

I could surely choose to falter, my dreams I could try to steer,

Instead of pushing forward to conquer, and remove my biggest fear,

Yet… I believe here and now, I have to play my part,

For my treasure lies on the other side… Along with my beating heart…
