What are you looking at?
Haven’t you even seen a cat,
Lick a slick slice of pizza?

I, too, enjoy
Spicy melted mozzarella that flows
Like liquid gold.

Tangy tomatoes that dance
With freshly picked basil.

I am as hungry as a wolf
And as cute as any loving cat
Oh, what a sinful, saucy, greasy piece this is.

My pamper paws warmed by this golden crust,
Dusted with snowy flour that tickles my button nose.

A purr builds deep in my furry chest,
What a molten culinary masterpiece this is.

A slice of pizza,
An Italian delight,
All just for me.
**
Yes, my friend
I will not be sharing.
You can watch,
But stop your glaring
And your swearing,
For this pizza is just for me.

The Naked Woman in My Backyard
Saturday morning and I’m home alone not feeling like doing much of anything. I just poured my first cup of coffee, the wake-me-up cup, when I look out the window and see a naked woman in my backyard.
