The obliteration of alliteration
Waiting for liberation
Through visitation
Living in stagnation
The harsh realities of our society
We are tasting
A wasting disease
Hoping one day it will ease
Begging for mercy on our knees
Hoping to be rid of this world
Where all live under a pyramid
Of a system that hasn’t changed
Since time immemorial
Constantly feeling like we missed the tutorial
Grasping for control
We continue to roll down hill
Chasing the next thrill
One last thing to make it all feel a little more real
Reeling from the continuous killing on the reel
Fields of barren waste
Flooded with faces daily
Screaming, “just pay me!”
But we have to wait and see
What will become of our reality
A perpetual fallacy

Nice! Beautiful description of aspects of society that don't change leaving people with a sense of helplessness
