He looks so good, this is what he told me
100 years old what can his secret be ?
They asked a hundred-year-old man,
How he’s lived so long, so grand.
He smiled and winked, a secret share,
“Three times a day, my cup of care.
Indian tea, steaming warm,
Steadies me through life’s storm.
Then a whisky chaser, smooth and neat,
A ritual that can’t be beat.
It’s after the tea, not before,
That I sip and then restore.
That’s the key, the simple art,
Of living long with joy in heart.”
