The “You Deserve It” Giveaway: Celebrating the Good People Around Us

We all know someone who deserves to be celebrated. Maybe it’s a friend who’s always there when you need them, a family member who goes out of their way to lift you up, or even a coworker whose positive energy makes every day better. Sometimes, the most meaningful acts of kindness come from people who don’t expect any recognition—they just show up and give their best because that’s who they are.

The truth is, we live in a world full of good people, but it’s easy to forget to pause and let them know how much they mean to us. That’s why I started the “You Deserve It” Giveaway—a monthly giveaway to celebrate the incredible people in our lives and remind them that their actions make a difference.

What’s the Giveaway About?

The “You Deserve It” Giveaway is my way of giving back to the community and shining a light on the people who inspire us. Every month, one lucky nominee will be selected to win a 30-minute photo session of their choice—a personalized experience where they get to be celebrated, photographed, and appreciated for who they are.

This isn’t just about giving away a photoshoot; it’s about capturing joy, love, and gratitude. Whether the winner chooses to celebrate their family, commemorate a personal milestone, or simply enjoy a creative photo session, the choice is entirely theirs. It’s a small but heartfelt way to say, “You matter, and the good you do is seen.”

How to Nominate Someone

Nominating someone is quick, easy, and takes just one minute. If someone special has come to mind—a friend, a family member, a mentor, or anyone who brings goodness into your world—here’s how you can honor them:

1. Click the link to fill out the 1-minute Google survey: Nominate Now.

2. Share their name and a few sentences about why you think they deserve to win. Maybe they’ve shown exceptional kindness, gone the extra mile to help someone, or simply inspired you by being themselves.

3. Once submitted, their name will be entered into the giveaway.

Every month, I’ll select one winner from the nominations and contact them via email to let them know they’ve been chosen.

Why I Started the “You Deserve It” Giveaway

I believe in celebrating kindness. I believe in lifting up the people who inspire us with their actions, even if those actions seem small to the outside world. When someone holds the door open, helps a neighbor, supports a friend, or shows up when no one else does, it has a ripple effect. Kindness creates connection. It changes lives.
