Recommended 20 documentaries on food over dinner
I'm a big foodie. I love to eat, I love to study food, I love to cook, I love to collect kitchen related surroundings, and I love to collect all kinds of food related books, movies, dramas, and documentaries. I also memorized recipes, kitchen tips and, when I was in the mood, experimented with my own cooking, which led me to discover some delicious dishes that were not normal. Calculating up to now, the number of food movies, documentaries and books added up to more than 100, has been planning to share, food this kind of thing, alone is not as good as all joy, meat to grow together. This first recommended documentary, a total of 20, divided into three themes: 1, eat around the world travel article 2, you can learn the kitchen posture of Michelin chef tutorial article 3, high force of the humanities

This section focuses on the chefs' kitchen lessons, from three Michelin stars, to home cooking, molecular cooking, to instant pasta. Whether it's purely to improve your kitchen skills, or to get a glimpse of the mysterious kitchen at Michelin's Restaurant, and steal the magical art of setting the plate, it can satisfy any pose... Oh no, demand.

9. Simon Hopkinson Cooks Cooks in the chef's own house

His utensils and utensils are so beautiful! POTS and pans in a variety of colors, Le Creuset's cast iron POTS appear in at least three colors (blue, red, gradient blue, white). And all kinds of amazing gadgets, it's a dream kitchen!
Some dishes are complicated, but many are simple to make. For example, boil eggs in cold water. Boil them until the water is bubbling completely. Then turn off the heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Boiled eggs are shelled, mashed with a masher, tossed with sauces and seasonings, and spread over crispy toasted baguettes for a delicious snack (I've already tried this for breakfast).
There is also an instant solution to removing foam: gently spread a piece of kitchen paper over the surface of the soup to absorb it once or twice, then remove it and throw it away. The foam will be attached to the kitchen paper and removed. (This method has been proven to work!)
