On the count of three one two three I think we got it your question is to how do I put this thing together well the main thing is i can pretty much uh put it together by myself it'd be nice to have one other person to keep directing the the kids into the picture but anyway there must have been about 400 kids here and uh what you need to do is have complete control over these kids otherwise um they're going to have control over you and it's going to be a mess.

So once again you and of course they're they want to they want to spend time with their friends talking that and you got to break that up every once in a while and once again like I said you have that control and so a matter of doing that and making it making it fun for them. Okay we'll have you over here right here yeah just just feed them to me okay go put them in the grass over there yeah okay here i'll get their attention okay okay if you want to come this way all right once you uh go ahead in the front row right over there right here yeah stand right against here over there next right there next to him over here okay over here i tell you what once you get up on top can you you get around there we go uh there was another thing to do with the with the tall kids that was a that was a problem uh because today there there's there's so many tall ones and and if they don't fit into the picture just quite right well what I do is I have them stand up on the ledge in the in the back and uh that way they can't.

They can't do any do any problems there be any problems right there it's coming this way okay right there next year okay good this way good good oh here we go whoa there we go right here okay let's come forward just to here that's good okay right there okay come forward a little bit that way a little bit okay right there good right there okay right there good.

Right there here go good here we go okay you're tall one can I get you want to get up on top i think there's some room come this way just right around okay right here here we go basketball players got to go up on top.

Okay here we go and if you get towards the end there and if you have the tall ones and the ledges pretty well filled up well then you have them sit on sit in the very front , on the front ledge and that way it kind of balances the picture too a little closer once you sit down here why don't you and youtube once these two guys sit down right along here.

Okay yeah well they got bad legs once again it's knowing what you're doing and always thinking ahead as to what's coming what's coming next and so anyway uh i enjoy doing it and it's fun and otherwise I wouldn't be doing it on the count of three one two three
