The Reality Of Dog Training
When you think about training your dog, it often conjures up images of happy households, pet stores selling training books and gadgets, and a happy whippet in love. In short: the perfect example of how to train your dog is idealistic. When you think about it, this sounds like an extremely dire scenario. What if my dog gets into Moody Blues? What if he gets loose sometimes and I’m not home? These are all completely reasonable concerns for anyone who thinks about what it takes to have a healthy dog. But as we all know, there’s more than one way to have a healthy dog. So here is the reality of how training your canine works.

Do You know what is best for your dog?
This is my little fat pit, Luna. She is such a joy and very well behaved. Took a very short time to train her because she, like most animals and kids.. if you take time and consistency, it doesn't take long to train or teach them. I just wanted to share a few things I have learned along the way having dogs for quite a while now and if I do not know I ask GOD (google) for the answer. I never take just one site's advice either. I look at multiple sites and then go from the most common answer from them.

Dogs do not spare their lives to protect their masters, brave block in front of the master.
Mr. Paul from Romania still has a vivid memory of his experience 4 years ago. He and his dog, Rafael, were on an outing in the forest when they encountered a fierce wild lynx. If his dog had not sacrificed his life to protect his master, Mr. Paul might have been bitten by the lynx.

The Complete Guide to Training a Puppy: Tips and Tricks for Successful Housebreaking
Before You Start Training Your Puppy Before you begin training your puppy, make sure that you have all the necessary gear and supplies. All puppies are different, so you’ll have to keep that in mind while choosing the training gear. Some things to keep in mind before you start puppy training are - your puppy’s age, size, and breed. Age - Depending on your puppy’s age, he or she might need to be toilet trained or housebroken. Most veterinarians will recommend that you start housebreaking your puppy at the age of six to eight weeks. This is the time when most puppies have received all the vaccinations and are generally fit enough to be taken out for walks and trained. Size - You’ll also have to consider your puppy’s size. Large breeds usually take longer to mature, so it’s recommended that you start training them when they’re about eight weeks old. Small breeds usually start training when they are around five to six weeks old. Breed - You will also have to take the breed of your puppy into consideration. Some breeds are known to be high-energy while others are low-energy. This is important to note because training a high-energy dog might take longer than training a low-energy dog.

How to Train Your Puppy Fast: A Step-by-Step Guide
Did you know that the first year of a puppy's life is the most crucial when it comes to training? This is because until they are about one year old, puppies have a much stronger instinct to follow what their instincts are telling them than they do afterwards. After their first birthday, their brain starts to develop new connections at a slower rate. This means that after this age, it becomes harder to train your puppy instead of easier, as it was before. This article will provide you with all the information you need in order to begin training your puppy and continue doing so until he reaches adulthood. Follow the steps below and you won't have any trouble getting started.

Sarge My Beautiful Boy
I saw this challenge days ago and my instinct was to shut my laptop, let the sadness fester for weeks, and return to it, at a later date. Well, the later date is now and I have two hours to deadline. Procrastination, one of my greatest features. This one has lived up to the word "challenge" as this may be the most difficult and beautiful article I have ever had to write.

A Good Bad Dog
I was phobic of dogs for more than 20 years. I would cross the street when I saw a dog coming. I would have silent, frozen panic attacks if a dog approached me. I would hide in cars until friends put their dogs away, and the thought of a beach, a park or a path would be tainted with the fear of encountering someone walking a dog. I once bodily threw a coworker towards a car with a dog sticking out of the window, using her as a human shield when he startled me.
