cat
It's been said that people that hate cats will come back as mice in their next life.
The love-hate relationship of cats.
As I write this, my cat is lost. I haven’t seen him for over a week. I’m hoping he’s just holed up somewhere in someone’s house, cozy and oblivious to the worry that he is subjecting me to. However, I know that in reality he could be on the side of the road or stuck in a chimney. I am not sure if he will come back like nothing happened or if I will never see him again. Times like these remind me that I’m lucky to have a cute, little, fuzzy companion.

Walking With Felines
First Steps A doctor recently said to another doctor in a letter that I was in great physical shape and was very fit. Given that this was someone talking to another professional about me I took it as a compliment. The reason I am in this state is not because I go to the gym or do any kind of formal training, I really don’t have the discipline for that, but I don’t mind taking walks, sometimes quite long ones. This started a few years back walking to work and then discovering lots of new things such as the CHAT Trust phoenix.

Bringing Ninja Home
Cats are truly the best creatures in this world, my favourite friend. Adorable, soft and hilarious. Living without a cat for so long, I began to feel like something was missing in my life. Seeing kittens all over the internet, wishing I could have one but can’t because of limited housing that will accept pets. The housing that do allow pets charge a ridiculous fee on top of their already high priced rent. I’ve begged my fiancé multiple times over the years asking for a kitten, of course the answer was always a sad no.

How To Choose the Right Leash for Your Cat
My missus started my training with leashes and harnesses the day she brought me home. But, I was so skittish and feral that she put this off to focus on taming me. That took three weeks and then another few months for me to get comfortable with other humans.

Stop Ignoring Me, Vocal!
Earlier in the year, my human mother told me about a Vocal challenge for dogs. I didn’t understand at the time why cats were not included and made my thoughts clear to you in my interview with my Mom. Fans can read my interview here (and you really should. I know you will love me).

Big-pawed kitten chooses to bond with the lady that provided him a home, he also follows the other cats around.
A large-pawed kitten wanted to attach to the woman who adopted him and follows her other kitties all around the house. Tara (@mickeythemanxkitty) was gathering up patio stones last month when a man informed her about his neighbor's kittens that needed to be adopted. "His neighbor had kittens that she was trying to get rid of, as they were moving and could only take one cat," Tara shared with Love Meow.

Ratlines
This ship was different. I could feel it in my whiskers. It wasn't the first ship I'd been aboard, but it was unlike anything I'd ever witnessed. It was grand, stretching further than I could see. It was lit with a thousand torches, thrumming with a thousand footfalls, teeming with a thousand rats. All my life had been preparing me for an opportunity such as this.
