We tend to focus on the surface, on altering the way things appear, while neglecting the inner workings. We fail to realize that by making adjustments on the inside, we may influence how others perceive us. Getting to know oneself on a really personal level requires introspection.
The journey one takes within themselves is the safest adventure one can take, which may come as a surprise to some. No man in all of human history has ever broken a limb by taking this chance of finding its wholeness. Jumping into one's own depths is like discovering a treasure trove of incalculable riches; those who do so emerge from the experience filled with boundless happiness, heightened sensitivity, deeper insight, and a wealth of priceless inner treasures.
Our acceptance is the catalyst for Wholeness
To be sure, we're all distinct people thanks to the ideals we embrace. No one else's approval is necessary; we must learn to accept and love ourselves first. It's our moral obligation to do so; else, living for others' approval will keep us invisible.
When we venture out into the world, it's often with the deeply ingrained preoccupation that we must build something greater than ourselves. Yet the reality is that, in the big wide world, nothing is greater than own selves.
In the instant we take back our agency and rediscover our core beliefs, we become conscious co-creators of our existence. Life is something that happens for us rather than simply to us. That the wonderful travels of our souls will be honed by the unique ways in which we each express ourselves in this life.
Then we will know that we are complete, and that the influence we have on other people is more valuable than any other commodity.
No amount of willpower or emulation of others' achievements can lead us to our true selves and our Wholeness. This occurs when we pay attention to our ideal selves.
In order to discover the meaning of our lives, we need to tune out the preconceived notions we've been taught to have and instead focus on what we're experiencing in the present now.
Instead of conforming to the expectations of others, we should focus on the facts and values that make us who we are. What our life is telling us about ourselves is more important than what we tell it about our plans for the future.
Under calm, welcoming, and trustworthy circumstances, the soul will reveal its truth.
One must wonder why it is that we look outside of ourselves for answers rather than asking that inquiry of ourselves.
The voice of our inner Wholeness will only be heard if we remain silent.
The body and the waves
Just as we need a diving suit and other equipment to explore the depths of our planet's oceans, so too do we require a "soul suit" and the use of all five senses in order to fully appreciate and experience this unique and unforgettable phenomenon we call life.
Taking care of ourselves and incorporating the wisdom we gain from growing our awareness into our daily lives are also essential parts of the human experience.
As we internalize these kind suggestions, we alter our basic nature and consequently our outlook on the world.
There is an inner alchemy and a sense of autonomy that allows us to rewrite our own narrative.
We have the ability to rewrite our own stories, based on the inner alchemy and choices that we make for ourselves!
The ability to bring about change is not and never has been located anywhere else but inside ourselves. We do not require any other masters than the Wholeness that resides within us.
Following our inner Wholeness means to live each day to the fullest and each moment in balance, presence, and openness. This implies that we need to allow ourselves to feel and learn from every emotion that we experience in a clear, transparent manner.
It is like feeling the size and power of each wave, knowing that we are the ocean.
