What Is Meditation ?
Meditation is the key to success.

For most people, Meditation means to close your eyes, slow down your breathing, focus your goals by repeating a phrase without being distracted by anything else, but there is surely something more to it. Let’s try to get some good insights of Meditation, its internals, and the benefits :
By producing a state of consciousness and realising it through a regular breathing pattern, meditation is a practise to train your mind. It consists of the following series of actions taken collectively:
concentrating on your breathing
envisioning a spiritual realm
Mantra chanting.
It is utilised to gain access to inner knowledge and profound insights from the higher unconscious on a higher level. It is also an effective instrument for increasing your intuition, creativity, and inner knowledge.
What Takes Place When You Meditate?
Making the practitioner of meditation ignorant of all outside distractions and forcing him or her to concentrate on just one thing is the whole point of meditation.
When you first start meditating, you’ll notice that your mind starts to race with ideas. You’ll likely become very frustrated if you sit in silence with your eyes closed and make an effort not to think because your mind will likely travel to such thoughts and you might feel uneasy or lost in them. But that is entirely typical.
If you’re a newbie, it’s best to have appropriate supervision and a comfortable environment. When you hear someone else’s voice guiding you through the exercises, practising becomes simple.
Does miracle happens after meditation?
Yes it happens!! It surely happens. Let me share my experience with you so you may have a clearer perspective. Since my life seemed to be coming to an end in December, I could feel the difference and I still do. However, I also knew that I am a fighter, so after a few doses of pain, I made the decision to make things better for myself. I did some internet research and discovered that meditation was the solution to all of my problems. I made the decision to give it a try since, at this point, I had nothing to lose.I therefore began it with the aid of YouTube audios (Om works best because it has the strongest vibration).I became so dependent on meditation since it was so tranquil. I didn't forget any pain in so short of a time, of course, but it wasn't as unpleasant. I used to get annoyed about really small things, but now those things don't even exist for me. I changed totally as a person because I became so upbeat, self-assured, mature, cheerful, and calm. My priorities, focus, and goals are all crystal clear to me right now, and nothing is hazy. And I now have a great deal of self-love.Regarding miracles, three months have passed. I am becoming better and better. For me, this was a miracle. I saw it happen and I went through it. Aside from that, I accomplished some seemingly unattainable short-term objectives.I'll say it again: Just believe (don't doubt), then start acting on your deepest desires, even if it initially appears unattainable.
I wish you the best.
What Advantages Does Meditation Have?
The truth is that you are concentrating on one thing to the point where everything else starts to fade away. This actually helps you make better decisions and gives you more control over distractions.
Greater productivity and attention, less stress throughout the day, relief from worry, and better sleep at night are just a few of the advantages of meditation for mental health.
Greater awareness of your environment and a strong connection to yourself and your purpose are two spiritual advantages of meditation.
Finally, keep in mind that meditation is an altitude, not an act. It’s not something you do while lying in bed with your eyes closed; rather, it’s something you experience when you’re awake and alert.
