What doesn’t kill you make you stronger

Be strong!

By The Breatharian BloggerPublished 4 years ago 3 min read

This is a cliché that you have probably heard many times in your life. You may believe it's a cliché or that it's false, but that is simply not the case. There are a few sayings in this section that are appropriate for this idea. First, individuals come into your life for a purpose, whether it's to be with you temporarily, temporarily, or permanently. Nothing could be more true than this. We can learn something from every individual that comes into our lives, even if their presence is short and even if their presence is very unpleasant. We must be prepared to take a step back and consider what the purpose and message of their presence in our lives may have been.

That which does not kill you makes you stronger is the subject of the second quotation. Some individuals do not believe this, or they have a very difficult time believing it while they are going through it, and many of them do not believe it for a long period of time thereafter. Because the truth is, there is a lesson to be learned from every failure, every mistake, and every embarrassing moment. There is also a skill to be acquired and strength to be created from every failure, mistake, or embarrassing moment. As a result of your ability to learn from these invaluable lessons, you will be stronger, more successful, and much wiser and happier as a result.

Essentially, the concept is that the individual accepts what has occurred to them and, rather than allowing it to bring them down and dominate their life in a bad manner, they choose to utilize it as a tool to take charge of their lives. They make the decision to become strong, powerful, and fearless. This means refusing to hand over authority to those responsible for the trauma, and instead of taking back control of their own lives by leading a strong and successful life. One in which they are not afraid to take risks and work hard to accomplish their objectives.

Learn what it means to put yourself in someone else's position, recognize that everyone is struggling with something, and understand that many times, individuals saying nasty things to you have nothing to do with you or your circumstances. It has something to do with their being unable to resolve a problem and taking it out on you. In being able to greet others with compassion, you get an invaluable lesson in the ability to forgive, put yourself in someone else's shoes, and avoid internalizing the negativity of those around you. Use just what is necessary for the development and discard the rest. It is important not to absorb it.

So many individuals use a great deal of work in an attempt to demonstrate that this is not the truth. The fact that there are certain things that cannot be done while they should be thinking about how they can get beyond this barrier or failure and develop from it Those who are able to reframe their thoughts in this manner may experience enormous development and acquire a huge amount of strength. Instead of allowing them to break them down, they may accept the blows and utilize them to toughen them up as a result. We have a variety of options available to us at all times. The fact of the matter is that life will never be a cakewalk in which we get everything we want or where everyone is happy with our decisions. If hardships are in your life, they are for your betterment as they will eventually make you stronger.
