Ways of enhancing your inner motivation
Motivate yourself!

When there is something outside of us that corresponds to all that is within of us, we are content. In order to obtain external feedback such as praises, prizes, medals, and recognition, or to avoid danger and off-putting criticism, extrinsic motivation arises when activities are carried out for the purpose of receiving external feedback. Extrinsically driven individuals are more concerned with the result of their actions than they are with the (good) feelings connected with those actions.
Taking part in things that you really love and do not feel forced or obliged to perform, on the other hand, will help you to achieve your intrinsic motivation goals. These are the kinds of activities that appear to pass by in an instant.

Motivation is the driving force behind everything we do, including what we do, how we do it, and how much we achieve. It has been shown and tested that our ability to perform is only as good as our level of motivation. The lower our level of inspiration, the lower our level of performance. If your classmates are uninspired and your environment is poisonous, the only source of motivation you will have will be inside yourself.
Once you've compiled a list of your favorite books, hobbies, and pastimes, you'll have a long list of things to select from that are "happy." You have no longer have any justifications for being idle, bored, or uninspired. Can't make up your mind? Your choices are as teeny-tiny-tiny as they come. Never claim you're bored or that you don't have anything to do.

People lose sight of the fact that life is not only about earning a living. Even if you like your work, are satisfied with your pay, and are dedicated to your business, you need a break from time to time. Of course, your work provides a variety of unique perks and excellent compensation, but they are all extrinsic sources of incentive.
Participate in outdoor and family activities that will boost your intrinsic motivation, such as picnics and hikes, to help you achieve your goals. How else are you going to be able to take advantage of all life has to offer outside of your 9-5 workday? Our work should not determine who we are as people.
Also, go back to the day when you won your first swimming competition. Remember the first time you received a perfect score on an exam. Do you remember how wonderful it felt to reach those milestones? Now imagine how wonderful they'd feel the next time they did it (or the third, or fourth). The more confident you are in your skills, the simpler it will be for you to develop your intrinsic drive over time.

There is no better feeling than being the cause for someone else's happiness. It does not need to be done in a romantic manner. Choose to assist people in need because you believe in your heart that it is the right thing to do - not because it will make you seem good in front of others.
If you've been putting off completing a job or fixing a damaged portion of your home for months, imagine how satisfying it would be to finally complete the work. That is one less thing for you to be concerned about, giving you more time to accomplish what you want.
It's not a bad idea to include some extrinsic incentive into the mix. It is not necessary to make big gestures in order to enjoy each other's presence. Sometimes all it takes is a hug and some encouraging words from your mother or father to get you motivated and on the path to success. We owe it to them to thank them for being our most loyal supporters. It is still entirely up to you whether or not you want to follow their advice in this case.
