
How dreams come true...The majority of the people have dreams and in particular at this time of the year mostly everybody wants to change something in their lives ,improve something ,create something.
The question is how we can achieve permanent results ,how we can keep our resolutions until they become a new reality in our lives.
They tells us to work harder to achieve everything that we want, do more, multitasks, all the focus in this society is about the doing ,every year people burnout following this motto.
But is not necessarily true that we will achieve more by doing more and more, it is scientifically proof that multitasking is not good for our brain and also for ours results, because when we divided our focus and attention in more that one thing at the time, first we create stress in our brain and bodies and secondly we divided our focus then we are not giving our 100 percent in one thing at the time and that will affect the results.
Life recently in the last two years show us and teaches us a big lesson, when our busy lives were forced to stop for external and unpredictable worldly circumstances.
One thing I learnt is that we need to stop ,we need to eat properly ,we need to sleep adequately if not our bodies will suffer not only physically but mentally too.Self -care is so important is not selfish to put priorities in our lives. After all a good health is the most important thing in life. Do you agree?
Having a good routine ,eating well, exercise regularly and the most important thing sleep well it is imperative for our bodies ,minds and spirits.Of course you hear that before and even ours resolutions every year are about changing something relative to that ,go to the gym ,loosing weight ,eating healthy and so on.
We all know that all of that is important and is good for us, but we can not change all at one the best thing that we can do is just focus in one thing at the time and to compare how we feel after establishing a routine or create a new healthy habit. .In my case I decide to start to meditate and the results I had after nearly three years are incredible because not only help me physically ,mentally too, After years of taking sleeping tablets the meditation, improve my sleep and my sleeping patterns and now I can proudly say that I am medicated free.
Sleeping is so important but more that the quantity it is the quality of our sleep,Ours bodies repair and restore when we are sleeping but probably all of us woke up in multiple occasions after sleeping for several hours and still tired and lethargy why?
Everything is stored in our minds in our subconscious mind even when we are sleeping and we are not aware or conscious our subconscious mind are never stop, then it is so important to be aware of our thoughts just before we fall asleep ,having worry thoughts or thinking about everything that went wrong in the day definitely will not help us to have a good and pleasant restoring sleep.
Yes ,having a good mattress it is important but definitively letting go of the day, and having positive thoughts before sleep will make a big different in the quality of your sleep.Meditation also helps to clear our mind for the constant flow of thoughts and give you a sense of calm and that mental clarity that is much needed in our busy and modern society.
Working hard in changing things it will not get us very far probably we will quit that is what happen with new year resolutions ,the only way to create permanent results is creating new habits but we all know that habits do not form quickly here is when consistency ,persistence and discipline play the big game. The secret it is in the small consistence steps ,little by little will be creating the change that we want to.
If we implement this in any area of our life our dreams will really become true ,you will become a good sleeper a slimmer person you will create the business any dream that you dream of will be possible with a clear mind a define purpose and of course a healthy body.
