well false there is no substantiation that are
supporting that you know a low carb diet
would be better than
a high carb diet so
um as long as you eat enough protein
your veggies also you should know that
fat and carbs are both energy for the body

you can eat a combination of them or
some people prefer to eat further carbs
less fat or the other way around so
whatever works for you but no
that's false
will running melt my muscles
no it will not i suppose what you're
pertaining to then's that
if you do a lot of running that you
might get
less muscles which can laterally be
true
you see if you do not have enough energy in
your body and your
let's say run long distance your body
will
shoot out a signal
to to your brain that oh we do not have
enough energy to feed all these
muscles uh we more shrink them so
you you'll kill some muscle mass
over time if you
do too important long distance running
without having the energy in your body
um so
that is the answer to that question um
you can you can sprint you can do 5k you
can indeed do long distance running
as long as you fuel up
favorite supersets well first of all a
superset is when you go from one
exercise to another without any rest
um so my favorite superset i am not a
huge addict of super setting
overall but i do like to super set arms
um so i will go from a bicep exercise
straight into tricep exercise
so yeah that is my answer
to hormones impact exercises and
nutrition
so without going too deep on hormones i
would say yes hormones can affect your

capability to make muscle mass
gain or lose fat and and
overall how are you feeling
what outfit should i get if i don't
have the possibility to go to a spa
well that is an excellent question i
would say it depends on your thing it
depends on who you're and what you want

perhaps bench some some free weights and
commodity that can help you

my knee hurts when i am jumping what

but in my experience
the guys and girls who are getting
injured are the bones
wearing a belt
you're not getting injured while wearing
the belt but when you walk in the stairs

i'm not wearing a belt and i am dead
lifting that means
my whole body is switched on
working together as soon as you put that
belt on

if you do not need to wear a belt don't
do it some people do it to be suitable to

if you do not have to wear a belt
please do not type of beer or alcohol

of wine
drink whatever you like
it's better to drink whatever you like
and not drink all the time
rather of
going with a vodka soda pop lime
and drink a ton of them or every day so
perhaps i would say if you need to drink
commodity that is not as good as you want
it to be
because it's healthier
you're presumably drinking too much it's
walking combined with healthy diet
enough to be healthy well that is an
excellent question i would say if you
eat healthy that means you're enough
healthy walking is also healthy for you
but i do suppose you need further than
walking

upper body it's not going to work your
heart that important

walking can be overestimated occasionally it

is healthy to walk and to eat healthy

well i would say you you burn about the
same i suppose the important thing is what
the the high intensity interval training

my training because it warms me up and

false you can eat carbs and lose weight
it all comes down to
the proportion of macros and your
completely calorie input
so
you should eat
a certain quantum of fat and carbs in a
day
one or the other or a combination and
it does not count if you get them
through carbs or fat you you'll you
will lose weight
if you are in calorie deficiency which means
that you eating lower than what you're
burning in a day
who have better metabolism women or men
and why
it's largely individual there are numerous
ladies that have better metabolism than
other men and vice versa so
it's largely individual how important is
cardio what is the most important for
weight loss besides nutrition well you
said it nutrition is the most important
when it comes to to losing weight losing
weight means that you are in a calorie
deficiency you are eating lower than what
you're burning in a day
cardio isn't super important at all
it's it's each about that calorie deficiency
cardio will help you to burn more so
you know the difference will will be
lesser and you might lose indeed more
fat in a day but yeah cardio is not
important but it might help how can i
have a six pack
well
you go to the store
you go to the bear section
and you
go to the michelob ultra section and uh
you get a six- pack that is that's how you
do it no kidding you need to make sure
that you
um
get on top of your nutrition it's all
about nutrition when it comes to losing
body fat we all have a six pack
underneath
our subcaste of fat and
yeah you could do some some
core work to to make the the straight
abdominis the six- pack muscle bigger but
it really comes down to nutrition weight
training makes

weight training won't make you big
and as a womanish
it is really hard to make a lot of
muscle mass so you do get big
in the morning when you start training
you might feel like you are getting a
little bit bigger because your your
muscles will bind a little more fluid

give it a many weeks and you will see a lot
of the the most toned people that i
train
are
lifting a lot of weights and they do a
lot of strength training so
no weight training won't make you
big sets and reps what is t

is it actually bad to do full body
exercises every day well excellent
question it depends on how numerous times
per week you are working out if you're
doing five days a week
i would not do full body workouts
i would
perhaps if you are doing twice a week also
also i would consider it so
