The Permission To Create

"I Am A Creator Created By The Creator"

It would seem that being creative would equal to an unlimited amount of opportunities to express that creativity. However what happens when one is restricted of his/her creative mind? How do you allow life and the universe dictate when you can show your glow? What if their is beauty in the process? Not everyone can tap in and create something that the world needs. Once we have the permission to create we realize that this eternal power has meaning..

The Creator allows us to create because He is a creator. Every day is a reminder of how well crafted the world is. You can see the way the sun rises and brings color to everything it touches. Or, how each blade of grass has its own posture. The world or nature is the perfect way to understand what it means to be a creator. When given the permission to create the Creator has bestowed upon you a great calling. The One who created everything we see has chosen us to be writers, poets, photographers, directors, etc. This gift is not to be taken lightly. "With great power comes great responsibility". This calling is so amazing because it has no limit. It is fed by the imagination. Ideas from the subconscious manifested into some form of art. No better yet direct instructions from the Source. Being able to just live life and pull material from any and everything. A purple sunset on a cool night transferred to a canvas and presented as a unique painting from ones mind. The possibilities are endless. With all that being said the power can get overwhelming. And the creative flow can sometimes get stuck. But there are gems in the storm.

The troubles and delays we experience make us better creators. First and foremost the word experience speaks for itself. Certain pain and experiences we endure reflect in our art. Famous Mexican painter Frida Kahlo once said "I've done all my paintings well...and they have a message of pain in them, but I think they will interest a few people". Trials and tribulations come in creating just like anything else. However the secret is that those same things that brought us pain and long sleepless nights is the same thing that will be praised by others. Troubles are sources for our material. Also when delays or "writers block" come our way, that is just the time to recuperate. We grow from our delays. Life teaches us things. Sometimes we have to sit back and hone this power so that it may flow freely.

And last but not least, we are chosen to create so we can inspire others. People see how freely you express yourself and how happy you are doing it and that inspires people. It motivates them to be great. Part of our job is to show everyone that they are unique. No one is the same. We inspire people with our words, our movies, drawings, and books. The same way the Creator created all these things we see to inspire us. When a child is created that inspires most to get serious about life. A peaceful walk at the lake can save someone from committing suicide. Visuals and the message behind them can be life changing. That is why it is the permission to create. Not everyone is ready to create things that have world influence. But when permission is granted, let go and let the Creator have his way with you.

There is a unexplainable peace in creating. So much pleasure from expressing thyself. May all who follow this path understand the schematics of the situation. Appreciate being chosen to be able to experience this freedom of creativity. And remember to be motivated by Love.
