The most time-wasting things in the world?
3 things you should know

If you were asked, what are the most time-wasting things in the world?
Short video? C game? Online shopping?
No, although they are also high on the list.
In fact, the top three time-wasting things in the world are: worrying, blaming, and judging others.
First: Worrying.
There are many things that make us worry, and the older we get, the more we tend to worry. However, overall, there are only two types of things that make us worry:
Things we are unprepared for, such as exams, performances, job opportunities... We worry about these things because we are afraid of messing up. There are many reasons for messing up, but ultimately, the most likely and direct reason is lack of preparation. What should we do? Of course, we should quickly start preparing!
As we grow older, we tend to worry about many things. However, in general, there are only two types of things that truly cause us worry. The first is when we are unprepared for something, such as exams, performances, or job opportunities. We worry because we fear that we will fail due to inadequate preparation. The solution is simple: take immediate action and prepare ourselves as best as we can.
Things we cannot change, such as other people's opinions, our innate defects.
Since we can't change them, why worry about them? Does worrying change anything?
Second: Blaming.
If we can't get into college, we blame our parents for inadequate education; if we can't find a job, we blame universities for not being practical enough; if we are late for work, we blame the public transportation system; if a relationship fails, we blame the other person for being selfish; if a performance fails, we blame the sound system...
We often blame others for our shortcomings or failures. We blame our parents for not providing us with a good education if we can't get into university. We blame universities for not teaching practical skills if we struggle to find a job. We blame the public transportation system if we are late for work. We blame our selfish partners if our relationships fail. We blame the faulty sound system if our performance goes wrong.
From now on, take responsibility for yourself.
We may encounter people who treat us poorly, and we may marry someone who treats us poorly.
However, who are the ones choosing to stay in such miserable relationships?
Who are the ones choosing not to try to change, not to seek help?
Believe that no matter where we are born, we always have a choice, always.
Third: Judging others.
We always enjoy watching the show, watching other people's lives, and then drawing conclusions: Zhang San is a fool; Li Si is very weak; Wang Wu is actually worthless, just pretending to be rich...
Yes, these conclusions may be correct.
You see it so thoroughly, you speak so brilliantly, ha, ha, ha, and then?
A be a bit foolish, but he is sincere, and everyone likes him; B is indeed weak, but he is very good to his girlfriend, and they are about to get married happily; C may love to show off, but that's because he was looked down upon when he was young...
Have you seen those stories? Have you seen those things you don't know?
Have you heard these stories? Have you discovered things you didn't know before? Making judgments about other people's lives without understanding their full context is a crude and barbaric act. Most of the time, you have no real knowledge about the person, and your judgments are superficial.
Making arbitrary judgments about other people's lives is a very rude and barbaric thing to do. Most of the time, you don't really understand this person, and you don't realize how shallow these judgments you make are.
