The school field was bathed in a warm glow from the golden sun's late afternoon rays. Aranya sat by himself at the field's edge and stared out into the empty space. But he was thinking about something completely different. Unlike every other day when he would rush off to play with his friends, today he felt unusually heavy-hearted, as though life had come to a sudden halt. But then, a thought crossed his mind—he had faced days like this before, days when he was utterly disappointed, but eventually, he had always found a way to rise again. But today, for some reason, nothing felt right. Aranya was a typical youngster who aspired to do extraordinary things, but the world had frequently dashed his hopes. His parents were from the lower middle class, and even though they worked hard, their financial situation never got better. Aranya knew that in order to achieve something in life, hard work alone wasn’t enough; one also needed opportunities and resources. But those opportunities never came his way. Once again, Aranya found himself lost in this cycle of hopelessness. But then he saw something out of the ordinary. On the far side of the field, there was an elderly man walking slowly with an empty notebook in his hand. Aranya wondered, "Why does this man seem so at peace with life, even though he has probably worked all his life?" because he had an odd energy in his eyes. Aranya asked him, "Sir, what do you do?" inquisitive. The elderly man turned and smiled. "Me? I simply love life. Do what you're doing with all of your heart. The greatest lesson I’ve learned is this: Dream, but remember, it’s not enough to just dream—you must work towards those dreams." Aranya was taken aback. "However, sir, I have no idea where to begin. I don’t have money; my family isn’t doing well... How can I make my dreams come true?" The elderly man chuckled softly. "You might not have everything, but one thing you do have—belief—is worth more than all the riches in the world. Believe in yourself. When you truly believe, the world will open countless paths before you." In that moment, Aranya understood that no matter how difficult the journey, if he had faith in himself, he could turn his dreams into reality. He took the first step, not just waited for things to happen. He became more focused on his studies, but that wasn’t all. He started improving his other skills by taking part in small projects, reading new books, and even assisting other people when he could. Days turned into weeks, weeks into months, and before he knew it, Aranya found himself in a completely different place. One day, a prominent entrepreneur from the city approached him. After observing his skills and dedication, the entrepreneur offered him a job. Aranya realized this was the start of his dreams coming true. He realized that the hard work and unwavering determination he had put in had brought him closer to his goal that day. From that moment on, he decided he would never stop. A new horizon had opened for him. Aranya's career had developed into a well-established one two years later. He was able to locate the elderly man once more one day. He approached him with gratitude and said, "Sir, I didn’t know where to begin, but your words brought a new light into my life. I might not be where I am today if not for you. The elderly man smiled warmly and replied, "To be honest, I didn’t look at you with any special expectation. Your life is yours to control. Never hesitate to put in your all if you decide to work." Aranya now understood that success in life wasn’t just about having opportunities. It was about having the right mindset and putting in the effort. He had learned the greatest lesson of all: dream, but remember—dreaming alone isn’t enough. To make those goals a reality, you have to work hard. Aranya now understood that he could accomplish anything if he had self-confidence. If one really works toward "The Flight of Dreams," it never stops. Even now, whenever he faces difficult times, he remembers the words of the elderly man. The most important lesson he had learned was dream, but also work hard to turn those dreams into reality. Aranya had now grown into a successful man. He had started his own business and built a name for himself around the world. His experiences had taught him that life had never been easy, but those with strong willpower and determination were the ones who could turn their dreams into reality. Aranya understood now—there was no shortcut to success, only hard work and perseverance. Today, Aranya and his family were happy. He knew that his flight of dreams would never stop. Even now, he continued to look for new paths, always striving to break his own limits and take his life to the next level. ---
