Mental toughness and success
Mental toughness refers to the mindset that everyone adopts in whatever they do, and it is vital and beneficial on two levels for everyone. To begin with, it clarifies why individuals act the way they do. Personality is described as an individual's distinctive pattern of thinking, feeling, and behaving, and it may be used to explain individual differences as well as how they respond in certain situations.

You don’t begin at the end
I watched as my daughter skated across the ice practicing nervously for an upcoming competition. She was no longer the youngest on the ice snd she was surrounded by skaters doing jumps, spirals, and Mohawks with ease and grace. I watched her, remembering where she started from on her tiny little skates when she was three and now she was doing spins and jumps. She had improved so much and soon she would be performing her first solo.

Diving High
On the first day of Elementary school, someone came to visit. All of us kids in the 3rd grade were sitting on a sticky, plastic, hollow bleacher. It was dark at first in the auditorium where all the 9 year old's sat. You can hear there voices mumbling from across the empty echoing floor. From a sudden moment, the lights beamed on. They shined so bright in our faces, we all gasped. Our short, stumpy Principal Thatcher came into the auditorium. You can hear every one of his footsteps on the vinyl floors. He walked so conspicuously to the center of the floor where he planted his foot hard. He turned and faced us all and sat there for a brief moment giving us a unforgettable glare. Every kid sat quietly, wondering what is going on.

What Matters: Process or Outcomes?
In the last 6–7 months, I devoted my life to social media because I wanted to build an audience for the first book that I had finished. This devotion deviated me from my enjoyable trance of writing. I was so wrapped up in the follower count, the number of likes, or comments I was getting that I forgot the bigger picture.

Failure Teaches You to Work Harder
Our greatest glory is not in falling, but in rising every time we fall. - Rocky Balboa, Rocky Today failure is so much undervalued that people have stopped even talking about it. Embracing New Opportunities
While new experiences and opportunities can be exciting for anyone, there is also an often unspoken hesitancy that comes along with them. When Productivity Becomes A Chore
In the modern age that is so centered on maximum productivity and output, we can lose ourselves in the daily grind. We often forget the passions that drive us and the muses that fuel our souls. Becoming hyper-focused on these endeavors is a great way to increase our efficiency, but it can also lead to burnout of the worst kind. No one wants to lose that spark of WHY they do what they do, however it can seem inevitable in the competitive environment we live in today. But what if that doesn’t always have to be the case?
